Savage Grace — Done pretending this is easy. Break the spiral. Reset your mind.

Menopause came in hot.

And it didn't come alone. I was already managing hEDS, hyperPOTS, MCAS, fibromyalgia, FND, diabetes and a body that runs on its own rules — then menopause arrived and rewrote every coping strategy I had. Nothing worked the way it used to. Not my body. Not my mind. Not the corporate world I'd been showing up for.

I'd spent years climbing inside structures that were slowly making me sicker. The long hours, the performance, the pretending — none of it was compatible with the life my body was actually living. At some point the gap between who I was presenting as and how I was actually feeling became impossible to maintain.

So I came back to what I'd always known. I'm a qualified yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner and meditation guide — and those roots, the ones I'd pushed aside in favour of corporate respectability, turned out to be the thing that actually worked. Not as a cure. There isn't one. But as a way to live inside a difficult body without it destroying you.

Savage Grace is built from that. The real version — not the recovery arc, not the before and after. The part where you're still in it and you're learning to move anyway.

Find Your Way Through
